Let’s RediscovHER Inc. is dedicated to creating safe and supportive spaces for individuals who have experienced trauma, unhealthy relationships, sexual assault, and domestic violence. Our mission is to promote mental wellness, encourage self-care, and empower survivors to reclaim their strength, rebuild their identity, and rise with resilience. Through peer support, education, and community partnerships, we guide each person on a journey of healing and self-discovery—reminding every survivor that

Lateka Starnes

Highly resilient and passionate, Lateka Starnes Aka Auntie Cougar is a spearheading woman who has demonstrated that even when you are dealt a poor hand of cards,
you can still win the game. Lateka leverages her dark past and experiences involving domestic
violence and narcissistic abuse while living with PTSD, MST, anxiety, fibromyalgia, and endometriosis to empower others on their journey towards healing and living the fulfilled, quality-driven life they deserve.
